| Contract Details: The project consisted of the Design & Build of a reinforced concrete bridge structure to replace a collapsed masonry stone arch bridge on the L 4074 road. The works included the preservation of an original stone parapet wall believed to be in the region of 150 years old. Our temporary works system allowed for the construction of reinforced concrete walls and a new bridge deck whilst maintaining the original stone parapet wall. Protection of the water course and the requirement to allow the stream to flow unobstructed was prioritised throughout the construction phase Roadform Ltd carried out the role of PSCS for this project. | |
