| Contract Details: The project consisted of the Design & Build of a new bridge structure to replace a collapsed masonry stone arch bridge on the L 40582 road. The construction element entailed the provision of a temporary access road during the construction period, excavation of the existing bridge and the installation of 10 ton precast concrete box culverts along with the construction of stone parapet walls to the new bridge replacement structure. Protection of the water course and the requirement to allow the stream to flow unobstructed was prioritised throughout the construction phase. Roadform Ltd carried out the role of PSCS for this project. | |
