| Contract Details: This contract involved the installation of 4.2 km of 38kVA underground ducting and cabling as well as the construction of RC jointing chambers along the route to strict ESB Networks requirements. The route consisted of 2.9km in site and agricultural lands and 1.3 km on primary public road. Access to public road users was maintained at all times through development and implementation of the active traffic management controls. The public road was reinstated to local authority standards on completion of the project. This contract provided a connection from Rathcahill Wind Farm on to the national grid. | |
